The #myMERCYrun 2016 ‘Run Like A Superhero’ theme celebrates the everyday heroes among us. Superheroes are often disguised as ordinary people, working hard behind the scenes ... so come dressed up in your own Superhero costumes and create your own Superhero names for a chance to win prizes as the Most Creative Superhero!

  • #MyMERCYRun is a fun run to raise awareness about the Malaysian Medical Relief Society, also known as MERCY Malaysia’s( work in conducting local & international humanitarian projects with the purpose to sign on more donors for the general fund.
  • The objective is to raise the level of ‘disaster preparedness’ among Malaysians and recruit more volunteers interested to contribute to humanitarian efforts by MERCY Malaysia.
  • #MyMERCYRun is co-organised by MERCY Malaysia and cause-marketing agency, Go International Group Dotcom Sdn Bhd ( with technical support by the Federal Territory Amateur Athletic Association.
  • During the first #myMERCYrun event in 2014, we rolled out just one 7KM category. Today, we offer 3KM, 7KM and 15KM categories to cater to people from all walks of life.

STEP 2: Next is the payment by donation at the official MERCY Malaysia’s Secured Payment Page. In case your browser ‘times out’, you won’t need to repeat Step 1. Just click on this link to proceed to pay. Or, visit MERCY Malaysia’s office to pay by cash.

STEP 3: Select “MyMERCYRun” from the drop down menu, click a minimum “RM70” or more. Any amount entered that’s lower than RM70 will be deemed as a donation and not as a registration fee. When payment is successful, a payment confirmation from iPAY88 will be emailed to you.

Will I Get an Email Confirmation Upon Signing Up?

Yes, you will receive an email to show your confirmation slip with all your race registration details. Please check your spam or junk mail folders, if you do not receive them.

Is there an age limit?

The event is open to anyone above the age of 13, as of race day. Anyone under the age of 13 as of race day will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

How do i pay?

You can pay either by credit card, by bank transfer via Alliance Bank, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank2u, RHB, MEPS Cash, Mobile Money or WebCash.

Is the Payment Gateway Secure?

Yes it is. All data collected via the MERCY Malaysia website will be encrypted and transmitted via an SSL connection. MERCY Malaysia treats all data as highly confidential. Please note that this year, payments are processed by Sdn Bhd. (ipay88). Are Registration Fees Tax-Deductible?

If I am a Foreigner (non-Malaysian citizen), What are the Regulations from the Immigration Department in Participating in Events in Malaysia?

You are responsible to make all the necessary travel arrangements, obtaining all entry, exit, health and other documents. Please contact the applicable Consulate or Embassy for these additional requirements. As per the new requirement from the Immigration Department, please state in the Disembarking Visitor Card the purpose of your visit to Malaysia is to participate in the particular event registered. How Will I Know if My Registration is Successful?

How is MERCY Malaysia funded?

To ensure independence and impartiality, MERCY Malaysia relies on donations from the general public for financial support.
